About Sterling Wellness Services

Sterling Wellness was born out of a desire for connection. A connection to oneself -body, mind, and spirit, to each other, to the community, and to the world. The goal is to inspire letting go of old patterns and inviting in the new. To embrace change rather than resist it. And to love ourselves more. Sterling Wellness Services is a respite from a chaotic life and a playground for improving our relationships with one another and our children. Combining Eastern practices and Western psychology and neuroscience, we can look deeper into what really matters to us and begin to not only see, but also feel, who we really are and know what we need. When we accept who we are in the present moment, then we are more available to connect with each other. The journey starts at home within ourselves.

None of us has to be a helpless victim of what was done to us or what was not done for us in the past, nor do we have to be helpless in the face of what we may be suffering now.
